Disciplinary matters for which the Area is responsible are dealt with by the Area Disciplinary Panel

The Area Disciplinary Panel is primarily responsible for dealing with any Red Card that is issued to a team member for a club based within the Area’s jurisdiction.

The Area Disciplinary Panel consists of the Area Disciplinary Administrator and a number of Assistant Area Disciplinary Administrators.

The Chair of the Area Disciplinary Panel and Area Disciplinary Administrator (ADA) is Peter McInulty who can be contacted via email at disciplinechair@northwest.hockey.co.uk or by telephone on 07985 792648

The ADA is supported by the following:

Appeals

There is a revised Appeals process and more limited grounds of appeal under the new England Hockey Disciplinary Regulations.  Appeals from the decisions of the Area Disciplinary Panel are now determined by the England Hockey Disciplinary Panel.

Please note that for any incident involving possible misconduct by a member of a Wales Hockey affiliated club, the incident will be dealt with by the North Wales Discipline Administrator. Currently, this is Clare Barwood, whose contact details are clare.barwood1992@googlemail.com.
