Manchester Tournament

Entries are now open for the North West Hockey 11-a-side Pre-season Manchester Tournament.

North West Hockey Manchester Tournament - Entry Form

The tournament will take place on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 2026, 09:00-17:00, at The Armitage Centre, Moseley Road, Manchester, M14 6PA.

Saturday 5th September is for Women's teams who play in Grades 2 & 3.
Sunday 6th September is for Women's teams who play in Grades 4 & 5.

Teams must play in the North West Hockey Area to enter. Please note that Isle of Man is within the North West Hockey Area.

If you are unsure on which day to enter, refer to the league information page that details divisions and grades.

To maximise playing time there are limited places for teams. Applications will initially be offered space for 1 team per day but please indicate on the entry form if you would like to enter a second team.

The entry fee will be a maximum of £125 per team but we are trying to bring the cost down.

The tournament will also be an opportunity again for umpires to receive coaching and assessment from North West Hockey Officiating, there is a space on the form for the names of umpires to be put forward for this.

Sedbergh Tournament

Entries for the North West Hockey 11-a-side Pre-season Sedbergh Tournament were collected on the Adult League Entry Form. 

The Women's Sedbergh Tournament will take place on Saturday 13th September 2026, 09:00-17:00 and is for teams who play in Grades 2 & 3 and Grade 4 & 5.

The Open-Men's Sedbergh Tournament date is to be confirmed.

The Sedbergh Tournament will be held at Newfield Hockey Centre, Busk Lane, Sedbergh, LA10 5SQ.

Teams must play in the North West Hockey Area to enter. Please note that Isle of Man is within the North West Hockey Area.

The tournament will also be an opportunity again for umpires to receive coaching and assessment from North West Hockey Officiating, please contact Leighan Bleasdale if you would like your Club umpires to receive coaching.
