North West Hockey AGM 2026 Calling Notice Register to attend, Vote and key Documents

The Annual General Meeting of North West Hockey Limited will be held on Thursday 16^th July 2026 at 7:30pm by Video Conference.

There are a number of actions required to attend and vote at the AGM:

• Register to Attend - Deadline by – 19:30 hours 14^th July 2026
• Register your proxy / duly authorised representative - Deadline by 19:30 hours 14^th July 2026
• Submit your vote for Post holders (Eligible voting members) - Ballot Opens from 1^st July 2026 - Deadline by 19:30 hours 14^th July 2026
