North West Hockey AGM 2026 Calling Notice Register to attend, Vote and key Documents

Annual General Meeting of North West Hockey Limited will be held on Thursday 16 July 2026 at 7:30pm By Video Conference.

There are a number of actions required to attend and vote at the AGM:

• Register to Attend - Deadline by – 19:30 hours 14^th July 2026
• Register your proxy / duly authorised representative - Deadline by –19:30 hours 14^th  July 2026
• Submit your vote for Post holders (Eligible voting members) - Ballot Opens from 1^st July 2026 - Deadline by –19:30 hours 14^th July 2026
