NW Winners In2 Hockey Schools Girls U13 and U12 Winners

The North West Schools Tournaments took place on the 25th / 26th of Feb, held at Timperley HC. U12 Girls on the 25th of Feb and U13 Girls on the 26th of Feb. Over the two days we hosted 31 teams from 21 schools in a close tournament with everyone enjoying a good days hockey with lots of time on the pitch. Congratulations to the finalists in both age groups.

U12 Girls Wed 25 Feb 
Manchester High School for Girls played Queens School Chester in the final of the North West Schools U12 Girls Tournament. MHSG had lost 1-2 to Queens in the rounds and had to come through a play off against the top team in the other pool to reach the final. MHSG won 1-0 in a tight game. 

U13 Girls Thurs 26th Feb
Windermere High School played Stockport Grammar School in the U13 Girls final. 
Stockport GS won 2-0 to take the title. Commiserations to Windermere who had to drive two hours each way for the tournament.
