REGIONAL SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHERS SUPPORT NORTH WEST HOCKEY
North West Hockey has been collating content for the launch of the new website and social media. One of the challenges was always going to be finding good quality photographs that celebrate our sport in our region, showing the diverse nature from early junior age groups through to masters showcasing participation and performance hockey. We are very grateful to the photographers who have donated their pictures for our media use.
Andrew Mills
Andrew Mills has provided images of performance hockey from the Cheshire region, with links to Neston and Brooklands Poynton, you can also spot Deeside Ramblers and Formby in his pictures.
Sarah Skelton
Since retiring from paying, Sarah has embraced sports photography and has donated a lot of great pictures from Lancashire locations, primarily from junior hockey, keep an eye out for Fylde, Liverpool Sefton, Garstang, Southport and Leyland & Chorley.
Becca Healey
Becca has provided us with action shots of North West leagues this season. Her shots include Wilmslow and Timperley.
Peter Bratley
Peter has been out on the rod in Cumbria this season in all weathers and we are especially grateful for some of his pictures of umpires and masters hockey.
David Bellin
David from Hockey Today has contributed a wide range of photography, including indoor, futures cup, schools and masters. Photos from this year's Cheshire Cup Finals Day were also provided by David.
Steve Hyams
Steve contacted NW Hockey as he wanted to add hockey to his vast portfolio of sports and music photography, he has been snapping games at Pendle Forest with their recent visitors Neston, Alderley Edge and Lancaster & Morecambe.
