Following a review of the EHO Constitution, EHO Bye Laws and governance requirements, it has been determined that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) has not formally taken place for this period.
To ensure compliance with our governing documents and to provide certainty for all members, a new Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 8 July at 7.30pm via Teams.
Please find attached the formal Calling Notice, which contains full details of the meeting, including the agenda, nomination process, key dates, and attendance registration information.
Members are encouraged to review the attached documents carefully and take note of all relevant deadlines.
