North West AOC currently Appoints Umpires and Watchers to the North West Premier Divisions and appointments are made by Graham Morrison - Appointments Lead email: appointmentslead@northwesthockey.co.uk on the England Hockey Game Management System (GMS), Liaising with the Development Lead - Vacant email: umpiredeveloplead@northwesthockey.co.uk on the appointments of umpires, coaches and assessors. EH Competitions appointments are made by Graham Morrison. The appointments are signed off by the Chair, Vice Chair and the Development Lead prior to publication, the appointments shall normally in four - week cycles, except for the last four weeks of the season whereby the appointments will be published on a weekly basis, however these maybe constrained by NPUA EHL appointments.
